ACQUISITION ANNOUNCEMENT
The Alstrom Energy Group is
pleased to announce our recent acquisition of BA HERCS, which manufactured the
ELGE® Shell and Coil Heat Exchangers We believe our entire group will benefit
from this acquisition as we continue to grow as a diverse heat exchanger
manufacturer.
The acquisition will bring
about benefits to customers on both domestic and international levels. The
purchase of ELGE® line gives us a more competitive edge while allowing us to
offer a greater range of services. We continue to move closer to our corporate
mission in becoming a leading supplier of heat exchangers in the industry.
Over the next few months we
will be in the process of integrating this new company into our group. It is
our goal to continue providing the highest level of service during this time and
